Permit Forms & Applications
When mailing applications, plans, or payments, please address to the attention of the appropriate inspector and label everything carefully. Make checks payable to Town of Washington. Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you wish to receive a return permit by mail for posting.
Building Permits:
- Building Permit (1 or 2 Family Dwelling)
- Building Permit (Other than 1 or 2 Family Dwelling)
- Workers’ Compensation Insurance Affidavit (to be included with permit application)
- Construction Debris Affidavit (to be included with permit application)
- Tent/Temporary Structure Permit Application
- Trench Permit Application
