Music in the Park 2023 Kicks Off This Sunday, 7/30

For a third year, the Friends of the Washington Town Park present a series of free Sunday concerts in the Town Park during the month of August (but starting in July!), sponsored by the Washington, Becket, and Hinsdale Cultural Councils.

The season kicks off this Sunday, 7/30, at 4:00pm with singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Chris Merenda and the Wheel bringing their guitar & banjo-driven rock to the Town Park.

There will be family-friendly outdoor fun, fairy garden activities for the kids, and a 50/50 raffle to raise money to improve the playground. Blankets, lawn chairs, and picnic baskets are welcome.
