NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Ch. 40a, Sect. 9 & Sect. 11, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing at 7:15pm on Tues. Aug. 15th, 2023, at Town Hall regarding the Special Permit Application of the Willistown Conservation Trust/Northeast Motus Collaboration for the installation of a Motus Wildlife Tracking System receiver station on State land abutting residential property on Washington Mtn. Road per Sec. 4.2.9 Use Regulation. A copy of the application and plan is available at Town Hall and on the Washington town website (see below).
