Upper Valley Rd Repaving Scheduled to Begin Monday, 7/31

UPDATE: Our contractor, Delsignore Paving, is now planning to begin paving on Upper Valley Rd from Rte 8 to Summit Hill Rd next Monday, July 31.
This section of road will be completely closed to through traffic for the duration of the project, as they will be paving the entire width of the road in one pass. The project is expected to take three days.
