NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Washington Planning Board will hold a public hearing pursuant to Massachusetts General Law C. 40A, hearing on Tuesday March 15, 2022 at Town Hall, Summit Hill Road, Washington MA at 7:30 PM regarding the Special Permit application of Jacob Trudeau to replace former commercial structures with a single-family home and accessory buildings on an approximate 1.9 acre parcel Map 203, Lot 03, per Sections 6.2.4 Special Provisions and 4.2.7 Use regulations of the Washington Zoning Bylaws, A copy of the application and plan is available at the Town Clerk’s office.

Any person wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated. Written comments may be addressed to the Washington Planning Board, Summit Hill Road, Washington, MA 01223.
