Public Flu & Covid Vaccination Clinic, Oct. 30

This year’s Flu & Covid Vaccination Clinic will be Monday, Oct 30, 5–7:00 p.m. at Washington Town Hall, thanks to the Berkshire Public Health Alliance.
- Flu and Covid shots are available at no charge to individuals ages 6 months or older. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card(s) with you.
- Please wear short sleeves, or a shirt that has easily rolled-up sleeves.
- Nurses will do their best to abide by the registration appointment schedule; unregistered clients will be vaccinated as time and supplies allow.

Registration is not required, but it is strongly encouraged to streamline your visit by entering information ahead of time instead of when you arrive. If you are planning to get a Covid-19 shot, you will need to provide your Covid vaccination history and bring your Vaccination Record Card.
