This Saturday is Roadside Cleanup Day, April 20

Celebrate Earth Day a few days early this Saturday, April 20, by helping clean up litter along our Washington roadsides. You can join some of us who will be picking up trash along Washington Mountain Rd by meeting at the Appalachian Trail crossing at 9:00 am. We'll work until approximately 11:30 or until we’ve had enough, whichever comes first. Trash bags and safety vests provided.
Or feel free to pitch in closer to home and take a little time to pick up the trash along your own stretch of road.
